About Martha
I've been practicing classical homeopathy since 2002. I have a general practice where I enjoy seeing people of all ages, health conditions and wellness goals. I specialize in helping people achieve deep and lasting improvements in their health. I am based in Seattle but now offer my consultations online (video conference).
There have been several times when people considering homeopathic treatment have asked me whether they need to “believe” in homeopathy in order for it to work. No, homeopathy is not a religion! Although it can have some very transformative results. Most people who consult with me are looking for an alternative to superficially managing a condition or temporarily suppressing symptoms. They may already know, at some level, that if the person is not treated, their symptoms will persist, or return. I am board certified in Classical Homeopathy by the Council for Homeopathic Certification and a graduate of the Vancouver Homeopathic Academy in Vancouver, British Columbia. I regularly attend seminars of the world's most successful homeopaths. My practice has been particularly influenced by the homeopath, Rajan Sankaran and his colleagues. I also have a Masters degree in Education in the Area of Special Needs, from the University of Washington. A Detroit, Michigan native, I've made my home in the Puget Sound area of Washington State since 1978. Before starting my homeopathy practice, I worked in the special needs, vocational rehabilitation and career counseling fields. When I'm not working, I love to spend time enjoying the great outdoors that the beautiful Pacific Northwest has to offer, listening to music of almost all types, and cheering on those Seattle Mariners! |
